Once the investors and project developers have been put in contact with one another, we act as project leaders and controllers. We monitor and supervise the entire development process. We offer advice during contractual negotiations, provide a technical “due diligence” service, and minimize all the uncertainties by means of effective risk management. Thanks to permanent personal contact with the project developers on site, we are able to keep constant checks on the value of a project and recognize the risks at an early stage.
