Project Management
The central component in our project management consists of dividing each project into management modules and monitoring them closely:
- Time management and resources module
- Module for financial/technical optimization during implementation
- Conflict management module
These three modules together form the toolkit for optimizing the implementation process, leading to transparency for the investor and the user. A specially developed reporting system allows the client a precise overview of his project and its development at all times.
In addition we offer technical/financial advice in the initial and final phases of EPC and O&M contracts.
